Meal Support Program

Project HEAL West Point, MS

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in West Point, MS, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a compassionate and guided setting through live, virtual drop-in group meals held four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions. Participants are encouraged to attend as many sessions as they need to fit their schedules, allowing for a supportive environment where they can enjoy nutrition with professional assistance. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners who are actively completing their CNS certification as part of the Clinician’s Incubator program. We strive to create a safe space for individuals seeking healing through community and connection, though it's important to note that this program is not designed for crisis support. For urgent assistance, we recommend reaching out to suitable emergency services.
