Based in Winona, MS, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate, free meal support designed for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our unique program provides a safe, nourishing environment through live virtual group meals, happening four times daily, where participants can eat together while receiving vital support. Each session is guided by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, helping ensure that participants feel encouraged and informed during their meal times. This initiative fosters community and healing, allowing individuals to join multiple sessions when it fits their schedule, empowering them in their recovery journey without any crisis intervention services.
