MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Belgrade, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services. We offer a variety of options to suit individual needs, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides valuable resources to track progress. Additionally, we support Veterans with weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing ongoing weight-related challenges.
