Located in Belt, MT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management solutions that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! for at-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers those who prefer self-directed weight management, while we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need additional assistance after utilizing MOVE! services.
