About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Big Sky, MT, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support to individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutrition alongside peers. We offer flexible meal support sessions four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, allowing individuals to attend sessions that best fit their schedules. Each meal support session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working towards their CNS certification. While we focus on offering meal support and encouragement, we do not provide crisis interventions. For those in need of immediate assistance, we recommend reaching out to crisis support services.
