About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Big Timber, MT, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a welcoming environment where participants can gather to enjoy nutritious meals with the support of trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions held four times daily—two at lunchtime and two during dinner—participants have the flexibility to join as often as their schedule allows. Our goal is to foster a supportive community that emphasizes healing and nourishment, all while guiding individuals on their recovery journey. Please note that while we are here to support, our service does not substitute for crisis interventions; for urgent needs, we encourage individuals to seek help through appropriate emergency resources.
