MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Bigfork, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored treatment options that meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of weight management care solutions, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Additionally, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer to take charge of their weight loss independently, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need further assistance.
