MOVE! Weight Management Program in Box Elder, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs and preferences.
