Meal Support Program
Project HEAL Cascade, MT
About Meal Support Program
Located in Cascade, MT, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating recovery from eating disorders. Our program features live, virtual group meal sessions that create a safe and welcoming environment for outpatient care, allowing participants to share meals with essential nutritional guidance and emotional support. We provide meal support four times a day, including two lunch options and two dinner slots, enabling flexibility to accommodate diverse schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator training program, who are dedicated to fostering a supportive atmosphere as they work towards their CNS certification. While we emphasize building a nurturing community around meal support, please note that this is not a crisis intervention program; for urgent support, we encourage reaching out to crisis resources. Together, we are committed to empowering individuals on their paths to recovery.
