MOVE! Weight Management Program in Charlo, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management solutions that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the innovative MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans who need additional assistance, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
