Located in Chinook, MT, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing vital food assistance to low-income individuals dealing with dysphagia. Our mission focuses on improving the quality of life for those in need by offering essential resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
