MOVE! Weight Management Program in Clancy, MT is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management resources, including group sessions, telephone coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! service that brings support directly to your home. Coach mobile app for those who prefer an independent approach, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require additional assistance.
