MOVE! Weight Management Program in Corvallis, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and is provided with personalized referrals to weight management services that cater to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of comprehensive care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which supports Veterans with in-home messaging and clinician contact. Additionally, for those who prefer a self-directed approach, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. For Veterans who may not see success with lifestyle changes alone, we also facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
