Our program is specifically designed for those who have recently received a kidney disease diagnosis, those caring for a loved one affected by it, or anyone preparing for dialysis. We offer vital information on recognizing the symptoms and stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), learning to eat well while managing kidney health, and accessing support networks. Participants will also explore various treatment options, including home dialysis and the resources available to them.
