MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in East Helena, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. We are committed to annually screening every Veteran who receives care at our VA facilities for obesity and guiding them towards personalized weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. Our program offers a range of supportive resources, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician engagement. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have experienced challenges despite previous efforts.
