The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Eureka, MT is dedicated to training and empowering individuals to be effective advocates for a just and sustainable food system. Through a robust curriculum focusing on organic farming practices and community engagement, fellows gain hands-on experience growing and distributing diverse crops, supporting farmers markets, and initiating educational sessions that promote food and ecological literacy. Offering a unique six-month residential program at AMI's Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a Community Action Year, this fellowship emphasizes collaboration with local non-profits to enhance access to healthy foods and cultivate community gardens. By eliminating tuition fees, we ensure that our fellowship is accessible to all who are passionate about creating social, environmental, and economic equity in the food system. Applications are accepted until March each year, with the fellowship experience running from May to October.
