MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fairfield, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support by annually screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, and referring them to tailored weight management services that resonate with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including group sessions, personalized lifestyle coaching via telephone, in-home support through TeleMOVE!, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. For Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
