Located in Fairview, MT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management solutions. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with effective resources for weight management. We offer a range of services to meet diverse needs, including engaging group sessions and personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, as well as the innovative TeleMOVE! for secure in-home messaging with clinicians. For those who prefer to take charge independently, our MOVE! Coach mobile app facilitates self-paced weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite participation in MOVE!.
