MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Forsyth, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is annually screened for obesity and connected to tailored weight management resources. We offer a variety of supportive options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and telehealth services like TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer independent management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside targeted treatments such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need additional assistance.
