About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Fort Benton, MT, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, virtual drop-in group meals led by trained nutrition practitioners, creating a nurturing environment where participants can safely consume meals while receiving essential support. With sessions available four times daily for lunch and dinner, we prioritize flexibility to fit within individuals' schedules—allowing them to attend as many times as needed. As part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our facilitators are on their path to obtaining CNS certification, ensuring professional guidance throughout the process. While we focus on nourishing recovery, it is important to note that this program does not serve as a crisis support option. For urgent assistance, please reach out to a crisis hotline or call emergency services.
