MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Frenchtown, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and given access to personalized weight management services tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We provide a range of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer support from home. Additionally, Veterans can utilize our MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, alongside the option of weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who have not achieved success through traditional methods.
