Located in Glendive, MT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and connected with tailored weight management services that cater to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those seeking a self-directed approach. For Veterans who continue to face challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
