Located in Hamilton, MT, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship empowers aspiring advocates and educators to champion a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. This immersive program offers tuition-free organic food system education, allowing selected Fellows to engage in hands-on experiences at AMI’s Allegheny Farm Campus for six months, followed by a Community Action Year. During their fellowship, participants will cultivate and distribute diverse crops, implement innovative educational initiatives in health care, and promote food and ecological literacy within schools. Fellows also support local farmers markets, enhance access to healthy food, and mentor new cohorts, fostering a sustainable future for the community. Applications are accepted until March, with experiential training running from May through October.
