MOVE! is a dedicated weight management and health promotion initiative located in Harlowton, MT, focused on enhancing the wellbeing of Veterans. Our mission centers around screening every Veteran who seeks care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual goals and lifestyles. We offer a range of supportive options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home guidance. Additionally, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans who wish to manage their weight independently. For those who may need more assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery as needed.
