Located in Havre, MT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to tailored weight management options that align with their individual goals and preferences. We offer various services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient, in-home support. Veterans who may prefer independent management can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app. For those facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
