MOVE! Weight Management Program in Huson, MT, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission focuses on screening every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with personalized weight management options that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of care choices, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home access, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer independent management. For Veterans who require additional support, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring our program.
