MOVE! Weight Management Program located in Joliet, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and connected to appropriate weight management services tailored to meet individual needs. We offer a variety of options including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and in-home support via TeleMOVE! For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app facilitates self-managed weight loss. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need further assistance after utilizing our program.
