MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Kalispell, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who visits VA facilities for obesity annually, ensuring they receive appropriate referrals to tailored weight management services that address their unique needs and preferences. We offer a diverse range of care options, including group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Additionally, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans who prefer an independent approach to weight management. For those facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after trying MOVE!.
