MOVE! Weight Management Program in Kila, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. MOVE! offers a diverse range of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact as needed. For those who prefer a more independent approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app helps Veterans manage their weight on their own. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!
