This program is designed to empower participants with essential knowledge and tools for effective diabetes management, offering six informative e-booklets that address various aspects of living with diabetes, as well as a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and valuable resources in both English and Spanish. Participants also gain insights into local community events and have the opportunity to join our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can ask questions to diabetes specialists, learn about the connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways that promote thriving with diabetes.
