Located in Lame Deer, MT, the Meal Support Program, offered by Project HEAL, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating their recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program hosts live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a nurturing environment for participants to engage in mindful eating while receiving the necessary support. With meal support sessions scheduled four times daily—including two lunch and two dinner times—individuals have the flexibility to join as often as they need. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners in training, ensuring a knowledgeable and empathetic approach.
