Located in Lame Deer, MT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and provided with tailored weight management options that cater to their unique preferences and needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who require in-home support. For Veterans who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app and access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are also available, especially for those facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
