MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lewistown, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, in-home telehealth support via TeleMOVE!, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-directed weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require more intensive intervention.
