The Meal Support Program in Lewistown, MT, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a safe and encouraging environment for participants to receive nutritional guidance and support while enjoying their meals. With four meal support sessions available daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, participants can choose times that fit their schedules. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are in the process of earning their CNS certification. While we provide essential meal support, please note that our program is not intended for crisis intervention; for urgent situations, we encourage individuals to reach out to crisis services.
