MOVE! Weight Management Program in Libby, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and matched with the right resources, whether it be group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, or our innovative TeleMOVE! program that allows for in-home support. We understand that each Veteran has unique needs, which is why we also provide options like the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-managed approach, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges.
