Recognizing the challenges that arise with this diagnosis, our Family Support team is committed to providing accurate information and comprehensive assistance right from the moment of diagnosis. We offer a range of services including informational resources, parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and guidance on navigating the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
