Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program in Lodge Grass, MT, tailored for survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have completed their treatment. While the program primarily focuses on those who finished their treatment within the last 24 months, it offers valuable resources for survivors at any stage of their journey. Participants gain access to nutritional support, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and essential guidance for medical management, all designed to empower and enhance the quality of life for cancer survivors. Here, we aim to foster a supportive environment where survivors can thrive and regain control over their health and well-being.
