MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lolo, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of support options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home assistance. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides helpful resources at their fingertips. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need advanced support.
