MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Manhattan, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing tailored referrals to various weight management services that align with individual needs and preferences. The program offers a range of options, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! solutions for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, as well as access medical treatments, such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who require additional support.
