Located in Missoula, MT, the Emergency Food program at the Missoula Food Bank offers essential food assistance to individuals and families in need. Our mission is to provide a 3-day emergency supply of food to ensure that no one in our community goes hungry. Eligible families can access our services once a month for a full shop, with an additional perishable-only shop available in the same period. Upon your first visit, a brief survey and interview with a friendly volunteer will help us understand your needs. In response to the ongoing challenges brought by COVID-19, our emergency food pantry has implemented a box-model service to streamline the process while prioritizing safety and convenience. Our doors are open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Wednesday and Friday from 8 am to 1 pm, providing a welcoming environment where families can receive a consistent supply of nourishing food without fear of scarcity.
