Based in Philipsburg, MT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by offering annual obesity screenings and personalized referrals to weight management resources. We provide a variety of care options tailored to fit individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! service for at-home support. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management or access prescription weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who require further assistance after participating in the program.
