Located in Plains, MT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative in-home support through TeleMOVE! and the MOVE! Coach mobile app, allowing Veterans the flexibility to manage their weight on their own terms. For those who require additional support, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options. To get started on a healthier path, Veterans can reach out to their local MOVE!
