Located in Polson, MT, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals living with dysphagia by ensuring they have access to essential resources for their dietary and therapeutic needs. We provide critical food assistance through a variety of services that include food thickeners, pre-modified foods for easier consumption, therapy tools to aid in safe eating, oral care supplies to maintain hygiene, and adaptive equipment designed to enhance meal accessibility. Our mission is to empower individuals with dysphagia, fostering their well-being and dignity with every resource we provide.
