Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Red Lodge, MT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Red Lodge, MT, provides essential, free, and compassionate meal support tailored specifically for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, virtual group meals occurring four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy meals together. Led by nutrition practitioners who are nearing certification through the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our sessions prioritize both nutrition and emotional well-being. Once individuals are approved, they can join as many sessions as they need while balancing their schedules. We understand the importance of nourishment in recovery and are here to offer support, understanding that this program complements, rather than replaces, crisis care options available for urgent needs.
