The Mail-A-Meal (MAM) Program, part of the Montana Food Bank Network, is dedicated to providing essential emergency food assistance to those in need within rural and remote areas of Saint Ignatius, MT. Our mission is to combat food insecurity by delivering nutritious food directly to the doorsteps of individuals and families who face barriers to accessing traditional food pantries. Specially designed for seniors, our meal boxes contain low-sugar, low-sodium, and whole-grain options that cater to their nutritional needs, ensuring they receive balanced meals. We also welcome non-senior households in communities lacking emergency food support to benefit from our program. To receive assistance, interested individuals can complete the Mail-a-Meal Intake Form and submit it to us. Together, we strive to ensure that everyone in our community has access to the healthy food they deserve.
