MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Saint Ignatius, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and is connected to personalized weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinical support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges.
