Located in Seeley Lake, MT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who visits VA facilities is screened for obesity, enabling us to refer them to tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs and preferences. Participants can access a variety of services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that provides in-home messaging and clinician support as needed. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is an excellent resource. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not achieved their goals through lifestyle changes alone.
