MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Shelby, MT, is dedicated to empowering Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to improve the well-being of Veterans by annually screening them for obesity and referring them to personalized weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-guided approach, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for continued challenges with weight-related issues.
