The Meal Support Program in Shelby, MT, is dedicated to providing free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient care. We facilitate live, virtual group meals four times a day, offering two lunch and two dinner sessions, creating a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals while receiving encouragement from qualified nutrition practitioners. Our sessions are designed to support those on their journey to recovery from eating disorders, allowing individuals to attend as many sessions as fit their schedules after approval. While our program is not geared toward crisis support, we foster a compassionate community focused on healing and positive nutrition experiences for all in need.
