KidneyCare:365, located in Sheridan, MT, is dedicated to empowering individuals with the knowledge and resources they need to navigate kidney health and disease. Tailored for those newly diagnosed with kidney disease, caregivers, or individuals preparing for dialysis, our program provides essential education on various aspects of chronic kidney disease (CKD). Participants can expect to learn about the symptoms and stages of CKD, nutritional guidance for eating well with kidney disease, strategies for coping and finding support, as well as exploring treatment options, including home dialysis. We also highlight important resources available to assist in this journey. Our classes are designed for convenience, offering multiple formats such as online, video conferencing, phone calls, or in-person sessions to ensure that everyone can access the information they need in a way that suits them best.
